As a self-taught artist, I began my development in Dallas Texas over 5 years ago. My paintings are creations that are inspired from ideas and emotions. My mind transfers those thoughts or emotions onto the canvas to create a form of art that is a direct interpretation of my inward nature.

Painting is a mystery for me and I get lost in the rich colors and then later discover technique and emotions in the work of art. I enjoy using mediums and gels to create texture and matte effects. The complete cycle of creating for me is a process of releasing and sharing for others to interpret their own understanding.

When I know that a painting is complete I stare at the canvas for a while to see if I have an impulse to add more; if nothing comes to me then I know that the work of art is complete.
