Artist Bio

Meaghan Paterson is an artist focused primarily in printmaking, painting and drawing. Born in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada in 1990; she graduated from The School of Design and Visual Arts at Georgian College in 2011, with an advanced diploma in Fine Arts. Soon after pursuing her bachelor of fine arts through Thompson Rivers University and graduating in 2013; while continuing to exhibit regionally, and provincially. As well as having a strong studio practice, she has worked extensively with a number of master artists including Robert Creighton, Stu Oxley, and Sadko Hadzihasanovic; as well as being active and volunteering in the Barrie art community, where she currently resides.
