IMPORTANT - Update Contact Information

Over the last few weeks we have had a handful of artwork sales from our members and we are unable to contact the artist to let them know that they have sold something.

Either their e-mail address is bad, phone numbers are wrong/disconnected and fax numbers are not working. This has to do with the fact that the information on ArtWanted.com is not current and correct. We make all attempts to contact the artist about an artwork sale, but there is only so much we can do with outdated information.

These people are losing money and sales, because their information is not correct on our website. We end up refunding the money to the buyers credit cards.

Because of this, we ask of everyone that reads this message to login to your members area and click on the EDIT CONTACT INFORMATION button and update any information that is not correct.

Be sure to input a valid phone number and mailing address, so that we can contact you in case of an artwork sale. Remember that you have the option to hide this information from the public website if you do not want to show it. Only you and us will know the full contact information.

If your e-mail address has changed from the time you joined our site, you will need to e-mail us (from your new email account) requesting that we update your e-mail on our website. We ask this so that we can verify that the e-mail address is working.

In the upcoming months, we plan to remove artwork that is marked for sale for those that do not have updated contact information. We do not want to sell artwork on our site if we are unable to contact the artist when a sale comes around.
