Little Liz Happy Art Yesterday

Hi Donald, I too have not directly sold any art/prints/books via AW. That said I have not made it a priority to do so. I believe that the SEO of the site is quite good, and artworks do show up in google searches, but in my experience of selling my art and prints in other places - in order for sales to occur, you have to do a lot of work. Have a marketing plan, so to speak. If you have a following of any sort on social media, I would suggest that you start there, telling your friends and fans about your art, telling them about AW, sharing links to your AW portfolio. Explaining what your fans need to do if they love a particular piece of art and want to buy. post some different stuff on your AW blog and give people lots of reasons to come to your AW page. Life gets busy so reminding your fans that your work is for sale and that your latest painting has just been posted.... that it would make a great gift for . . . . . .latest blog post about ....... is live on your AW page. Add your AW portfolio to the bottom of any emails you send with a few words 'Straight off the easel' or 'my online art portfolio' etc. Suggest to your fans that they can save the address to your AW gallery, so that they can visit again, Maybe ask them if they would consider offering you some feed back on one of your paintings. Tell them to let you know their name in any comments, unless they join AW, because comments will appear as anonymous guest. I'm no expert ha ha but hope this helps if you are looking for sales.
