Lets get AW back to it's original beautiful self! As of late members are becoming disappointed and frustrated because things are not running smoothly anymore. Please can you take a step back and see why members are not getting replies to questions and concerns; not receiving orders that have been paid for, and generally why confidence in this site is being allowed to wain. Whoever is supposed to be looking after the smooth running of the site, does not seem to care much. Please can this be corrected before everyone jumps ship.
