New Email Message Filters

We have made a few small changes to your Messages page to save you some time. We have added some new filters to let you view different groups of the Email Messages you have received through ArtWanted.

Many artists on ArtWanted get a lot of messages from other members or from fans of their art. We wanted to create these new filters to make it easier to see, read and archive your messages. Here are the three groupings explained:

PRIMARY – Your default category, which contains your unread or important messages.

JUNK – Any messages that we have determined are not worth looking at, including junk, spam and scams.

ARCHIVE – All of your archived messages you no longer want to see. To move any message to this area, simply click the “Move to Archive” button while viewing the message.

Any e-mail that is sent to you from your ArtWanted portfolio will also be stored in this MESSAGES area. You can get here in your control panel from the main FEEDBACK section. This area also serves as a backup to any email you have ever been sent. Enjoy!
