I just wanted to take a moment and say that in the world outside ArtWanted.com I'm a tech guy. I understand the need for maintaining Data Centers, it's servers, hardware and software. My idea is maybe that Artwanted send us all an FYI or something stating that servers will be down for maintenance on X, Y & Z and communication speeds may result in less than expected results or however you want to word it. As 1 example, just getting here, to type this, I got 2 error 503's, dont' know what that is, but I've traced it back to ArtWanted servers. If you're having an unexpected issue that's one thing, but if you're down for maintenance, let us know? I've reported issues on this in the last month, and I've noticed it's also hard to reach out to you guys for a heads up. I left message on your Facebook page about it. When the site comes back up I noticed that if the site is down there's no way to report it to you guys. Ok, just my 2 cents, otherwise things move pretty smoothly when I am on the site. Communication is key in the tech world as well as customer service.
