Top Active Member Promotions

Over the past 2 years I have received a couple of these emails and I have only seen my artwork promoted once last May. Why send these if there is no follow through??? Is this happening to anyone else?

We want to thank you for your efforts to get involved in our art community to make it a better place for all members. Many artist members have benefitted from your actions such as posting artwork comments, message board responses, entering contests and your other activities on the website. To thank you for your involvement last month, we will be promoting you and your latest artwork upload on our social media sites this month. Sometime this month we will make a post about you and your artwork on our Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest websites! Normally you will be featured on the same day of the month of your rank (ie if you were ranked #15, you will be featured on the 15th of the month). Be sure to follow us on these sites, so you see when your artwork is featured.
