RGB printing instead of CMYK...

Is there a way to choose RGB printing instead of CMYK when a customer orders...I ordered the jigsaw and the picture was way darker then the actual picture I uploaded. If there is not then an actual option to use this option is needed or there should be a tutorial on how to change your RGB picture to printing in cmyk as we all know that the colors come out different in cmyk...
