Calendar orders

Has any one else had problems with getting the funds from their calendar orders? I have already gotten my calendar, so I figure that people who I know ordered one before me have gotten theirs by now. Yet my balance still shows nothing reflecting the calendar sales. I have tried sending support tickets inquiring to the staff about it, but have gotten no responses. Just wondering if anyone has any insightful information, or is dealing with the same thing.

Nina - Congrats on the calendar sales! We do not show that any support tickets have been submitted by you about this topic, so this is the first time we are hearing about this from you.

Bank deposits to artists are normally done once a week, after the package has been confirmed delivered to the buyer. You do have several pending sales commissions, which will be showing up in your ArtWanted bank account this week.

I have had the same issue. I sold three calendars to someone. They just received them today. I tried submitting a support ticket, but I don't know if it went through, as I didn't get a support number.

So, I'm guess I'll get a similar answer, that my commissions should be in my account by the end of the week, I hope.

Well, at least I am not the only one having an issue with the support ticket. Yes, Dawn, I would say go with the answer they gave me here in the discussions. I'm glad I got a response with information that was also relevant and helpful to someone else. At least, that way, I don't just feel like I was complaining. Ha!
