Here is my entry for Pets. This is an oil painting. Max is now going on 12 years old. His daily jobs are going down the driveway getting the newspaper every morning, (parents stop their cars so their kids can watch Max pick up the paper, He will look around showing off for whoever is watching), He collects the mail from the mail truck (the mailmen love putting the mail in his mouth), he even carries a bag of trash to the curb (the trash men think that is so cool.) But most of all, he is our baby, a big gentle giant. He is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever who was once 120 lbs, but sadly now down to 85 lbs. Age is creeping up on our Big Brown.
