Originally when I thought of doing this show….I thought it would be unique. I guess it still is….but, I am having a hard time finding the technology people that I need…..seems to be a little more unique than I thought. We are doing it anyway…...inventing as we go.

We are very excited to be presenting a multi media performance artwork piece at Tilles Center.

I think it is the first of it’s kind…..

Artmosphere is a living piece of artwork. Long Island performers & composers, Immersion Dance, Jay Jii, Jane Leslie, Matt Flood, Patrick Brady, Maxwell Corydon Wheat Jr. will create Artmosphere LIVE to the concept & artwork of Debra Ann Kasimakis.

The first half of the show is all original music & the second half of the show is an arrangement of the music of Joe Satriani.

"Artmosphere" will come to the stage at Tilles Center, a live piece of art, with the involvement of the visual arts in a dynamic way. The dancers will be "in the face" of the patrons, the music and sights will wash over them, stimulating their senses and drawing them into the performance. This exciting project involves dance, music, visual artists and performance poetry with state of the art lighting and multi media technology. The show is being presented with the support of the C.W. Post Department of Theater, Film and Dance.
