    Mary -

If someone has a complaint about our website, they simply need to take it through the proper channels. This means e-mailing the company to get the issue resolved. If you post it on the message boards, there is a good chance that it may not even be looked at, so we have no way fixing the issue. We simply reccomend that you e-mail us if you have a problem or complaint.

As far as premium members not getting what they paid for, we have no idea what you are talking about. This is the first time that we have heard of this and we would like to know which services you are expecting that you are not getting. Just e-mail us and we will take care of it.

The premium watermarking feature is currently being worked on, but it's only temporary. It will be back up soon. Until then, we will be happy to watermark any images manually if this is a feature that you really can't wait for.

Simply upload all of your images to your portfolio account, then e-mail us your member ID number and tell us that you want all your images watermarked. We will download your images, watermark them in Photoshop, then repost them to your account.
