Print Program Feedback

It's very important for us to know what our customers think of our products and services, so we ask each customer to fill out a simple survey after their prints are delivered. This information is used to see how we are doing, listen to suggestions and make improvements where needed.

Several members have e-mailed us wanting to know the customer feedback on our print service, so we have just made this data available for all members. We have just posted a new 'Customer Feedback' page that displays the results of the hundreds of surveys we have conducted. Here is the direct link:

http://www.artwanted.com/members/prints/Feedback.cfm

From the feedback we have received, our clients are very happy with the prints we offer. We have received several great suggestions as well and we plan to continue to improve our print program each month.

On March 1st, we will start offering additional products for those members enrolled in the print program. This will include mouse pads, mugs, t-shirts, puzzles, magnets, buttons and other products that feature the artwork from our members. Early this summer, we will start to offer postcards, greeting cards, canvas prints and framing options. The print program will continue to get better and better all throughout the year!

The best thing about the print program, is that we have seen artist sales dramatically increase to over 10 times the amount of sales we had before the print program! This number continues to increase as more and more people are purchasing artwork prints from our members. We want to remind everyone that over 70% of the website traffic we get is from non-artists looking at the art we have here.

For those that have not yet enrolled in the print program, we encourage you to do so by becoming a Premium Member. The print program is just one of the dozen account upgrades you get when you support our site with a Premium Membership. Thanks!

I for one , am very happy to see this print program extending in different merchandise areas. The t-shirtoption is especially what i'm waiting for. I tried to make my own by using iron iron transfers on my printer, but the longevity of them is very short.

I am wondering how the t-shirts will be set up. will there be a specific size/placement of your picture on ther shirt?. Will there be different color shirts? Will the artist be able to set up a picture on Both back and font? I f any artwanted staff who is in charge of these decissions, please let me know what options (when the time comes) for T-shirts. (also are there plans of putting art on baseball hats as well. Thank You for these endless possiblities

Glad you are happy about the upcoming changes.

As for the t-shirts we are just working out the details now, so we can't give any specifics at this time. We are just finalizing the process and products now and will have more information once they are available online next month.

IF the "T-SHIRTS" aren't "SILK-SCREENED" ( 4-6 Colors) It just won't look Professional.........Is that what you are planning AW........Silk-Screened T-Shirts?

Chris Aleman 01 Feb 2006

Kudo's AW, I have yet to use your print program to date(though that may change soon enough), but the diversity of products you do offer is awsome and I look forward to seeing other catagories added soon.

I do have a question/suggestion though:

BUSINESS CARDS? Everyone in this line of work should use them/need them as a vital tool to their individual business.

I currenty use(depending on the need) eigther Kinko's or a really awsome service from the Cleveland area (www.jakprints.com) for my printing needs as they offer a similar service for a very competitive price range.

However, if I know that I can get a better price(I price compare everything)for using an in-house service through this site...all the better.

Any plans on offering BC's in the future would be welcome news.

Thanks

Great news. Thanks.

Due to the expenses of silk screening only one shirt at a time, the t-shirts will not be silk screened. We didn't think that people would want to pay $20-$40 for one t-shirt. If someone wants to order dozens of shirts at one time, they can contct us to get a quote on silk screening them.

As for the business cards, we once offered this service but no one used it. Perhaps those that are interested in business cards can tell us what type of solution they are looking for. Do you want us to design the cards for you, do you want a template to choose from, or do you want to upload your own graphics and we just print them for you?

Steve Farr 07 Feb 2006

Yes, business cards are a great idea! It would be great to have both options: having templates to chose from as well as being able to upload our own designs!

Jennifer Hewitt 14 Feb 2006

all sounds great to me

Barbara Sims 28 Feb 2006

I will be upgrading soon for the Premium Membership because of your print program and the many other features you have mentioned on the horizon!

Gayla Drummond 01 Mar 2006

I received a couple of 11x14s last week, and I have to say, I like those even better than the smaller prints I've gotten in the past.

Quality and colors are fantastic!
