Just thinking out loud here.

If the going rate for such types of T-shirts are going for $15 to $20 you could do a pre-order with sizes for both male and females and cut down on the overhead of just bulk creation.

Supply and demand, and yes I know, quantity is cheaper, so you just get comittments first. Then comes the hard part, billing after the fact...but if you have credit cards #' s...no probs.

these shirts, I cut down on the over head alot buy screen printing them myself, at least on the back, I use the fronts to do airbrushwork.
