Sales?

Hi everyone, I am new to the site, so I wanted to ask a question to those of you who have your artwork available for sale on the site. I joined artwanted not only because of the impressive company I'd be in, but also to have another possible outlet for sales of my photography. I would like to become a premier member, but I'd like to know that I may gain some sales first. Does your artwork sell pretty regularly on this site, or does it seem to be mainly a site for art 'makers' and not 'buyers'? Thanks for any and all input.

It doesn't happen often - directly through the site I've sold one - and that was to another member - I use it to show people my newer work.

ArtWanted.com is not really an art store and should not be anyones primary goal for joining our site. Sure, we sell artwork almost daily on the site, but there are also a lot of artists on our site too. ArtWanted.com is mostly an art community and should be enjoyed as such and if a sale comes your way, then cool beans.

Welcome Cari, and look at it as a community to thrive on and grow...

The Internet is so vast that you can't possibly expect a sale from any one site. Not to say it won't happen. Just don't get your hopes up.

Continue to learn photography and market yourself. It WILL happen!!

And THAT'S Cool Beans!!!
