Pen Tab and Tutorial

Im now working for a friend and I really need some help. First off whats the best type of tablet to use if youre drawing in Photoshop designing logos and second I need a good tutorial to help me figure out ways to make this logo seem professional. I have done it before but this is a mighty big company& so Please PLEASE PLEASE& HELP me out guys!

Heh, I think ill use illustrator. It seems better suited for the job... Any good sites out there? Oh yeah, and im going with a size 6x8, it seems like a good enough size.

I've never used Illustrator Kadaj.I only know Photoshop 7 and Painter...Sorry.
