For those that are not seeing any images, try switching to the 'low' bandwidth option on the left-hand side of the pop-up window. Also, make sure that you have disabled pop-ups for our site. You should be able to see a slideshow of random Halloween images.

Thanks AW butI still dont see the images? although I could see them earlier from the link in the email that you sent me. Unfortunatly I did not have time to view for long this morning and niether link is working now wether I set it to high or low!

Ok, got the music but no images and pop ups are not blocked. Could be not compatible with Firefox browser?

Judy u are so right about firefox. I can view them with internet explorer yippi! although it got stuck on one image for ages and ages. went and made myself something to eat and it was still stuck!! So heres a spooky pic I did earlier today. I'll try again later.

We will do some additional testing on Firefox to see if it's not compatible with our slideshow.

If you are having problems, please repond with the following answers:

1) What OS are you using? 2) What browser & version are you using? 3) Are you able to see the 'artist slideshow' feature from your portfolio page?

Sorry I dont know what you mean by OS and I'm not sure which version of Mozilla Firerox I have but the answer to 'is the slide show feature working in your portfolio' is NO I dont think that has ever worked for me. Hope that helps

Ok, switched to IE but saw only one image. So, I don't get it, not seeing anything. Waited awhile cause dialup takes longer, hand icon showed there was an image there but all I saw was blackness. As to OS I don't know, but when I was using Firefox it is the latest version, 1.07. But as I said, did not work on IE, not sure of that version, thinking it is the latest. Oh well, was hoping to see the images :)

Your 'OS' is your Operating System, sorry. Like Windows XP, Mac OS 10, etc.

Oh sheesh, I feel dumb, yeah, OS...my OS is windows xp. Using Firefox 1.07 and on rare occassion IE but not sure what version that is I believe the latest one :)

Hi AW just thought you may like to know that when I try to view haunted house with IE I see the first five images and then nothing. At the bottom in the bar it says 'done but with errors on the page'
