your multiple upload page is right back to dropping the socket over and over and over again. I am tired of your sites endless problems and want my money back.

I cannot get the Multiple File Upload Applet to work - every time I click on the Java box the page freezes and I have to "end program" with control, alt, delete to get out of it altogether.

I tried to up load an image and the box said that the upload was sucesseful and thumbnails were being created. But then nothing happened for a veary long time. When another box showed up in the thumbnail area it said that no thumbnail was created. I clicked on create thumbnail but nothing happend. I tried several times but nothing. When I clicked on the thumbnail area it showed my fullsize image. So I tried clicking on the add image button and tried to add it to my portfolleo, and got an out of time error. When I whent back to try agane I got this error:

Following your email to me about the pixellation or something of my image of a wolf, I tried uploading it using the multiple upload facility. the first time I uploaded it showed the images had uploaded but had only placeholders icons instead of thumbprints. The second time, it said it was successful and that the thumbprint would load in a minute. but it didn't. Please let me know if there is anything I should be doing which I'm not. Thanks and Regards Peter

I had a 8 file upload at 33 mgb, at 30mgb had a socket error. Had no indication that I could retrieve 6 files that uploaded ok.

No pending etc.

I will try with 3 files.

I am not able to submit any artworks. File Upload interrupted Java.net.Socket Exeption: Software caused connection abort: Socket write error What can be done about that?

Just having a problem uploading, period. If I use the single image option, I have trouble with it loading at all. If I use the multiple image option, the photos are squished and the images are very small. Sometimes I'm lucky and have no problem, but most of the time it takes many tries. I also cannot change an image once it's uploaded. It's frustrating.

If you are having image upload problems, it is usually because of the image you are uploading or your Internet connection. Please send us one of your images to [email protected] and we can try to upload your artwork from our office to see if we can get it online for you, or at least see what the problem is. Thanks.

Thank you, will do.

Ok, I think I have solved my problem. My images were HUGE and wouldn't upload. Thanks...

I am having trouble uploading images. The java box where the uploads are supopsed to go is coming up then going blank with an "X" in the upper left hand corner. I have tried several different times to get the page to work, to no avail.

I've never been able to even "drag and drop" files into box. If I click Browse I am able to upload one file at a time. I used your link to install Java - is there something else I should do. My files are smaller than 2mb.

Finally got something happening. It was the "drag and drop" which threw me. I don't know how to make that happen. However if I click browse and start uploading and then click browse again I can start the next picture and so on.

I'm on my new computer using Vista, I've got latest Java but can't get any response at all when I click on multiple uploads.
