Hey Sean-I just picked you out as you mentioned John Enright's name on this topic, when bullying seems to be the item most mentioned. But you truly do crack me up with your wit, and I do appreciate your sticking to your guns. Cher

Just for my own curiosity...what is meant by saying that you were attacked? I mean...it's not like really being attacked is it? I don't understand how you can be attacked on a messageboard is all. Kinda like being assaulted through the mail isn't it?

Christina Langman 12 Apr 2006

Just throwing my vote in - I'm for number 1.

I am a frequent active member on the message boards... and I really have never seen ANYTHING that has made me want to "up and quit". People need to take a step back and realize where it's coming from - grow some thicker skin, and if you don't like it, don't read it.

Artists as trouble-makers? Who would have thought....

James Rownd 12 Apr 2006

the only name calling i have ever received were from the people that sided with people that went with the #2. really!!!! check the posts out and tell me i'm wrong. because I love screen capture. I have never called any of them names. prove me wrong or shut up.

Hey Sean--Until the "New Regime" takes over, (and begins banning people based on popularity), how about you try and abide by the rules as they are currently constructed? To wit:

"Personal issues are to be dealt with directly with the member or ArtWanted.com via e-mail. The message board is not the place for personal issues that do not effect the rest of the artists on our site."

#11 I believe...

James Rownd 12 Apr 2006

did john read that to?

We all have a "delete" option on our comments and a "blocking" option, it's one way of stopping those who put unfair comments. So let's get together and use these options. Anyone else agree??

I have an idea, why not have a new discussion board entitled "Adults with a Sense of Humor Only" or something like that. The warning is in the title, and if you don't like the topics you don't join in.

Bob MacPherson 12 Apr 2006

You are right Sean, and I do understand. That is what I've been trying to do. I have nothing to gain. Good idea- post the names. There are onlt 6 or 7.

See?...we all seem to be talking about 20 different things. A definition for troublemaker would seem to be in order at this point.

Jessica Morgan 12 Apr 2006

I gave a very clear definition.

Patrick Miller 12 Apr 2006

It wasn't clear at all, I didn't understand it. It seemed more like your opinion than a definition of a term.

Jessica Morgan 12 Apr 2006

Well, I'm truly sorry you can't understand it. I've said more in this post than I've ever said in any post, I've given my opinions, my ideas, and my reasons. As requested. I am not here to argue with anyone, predictably though, I was sure it would turn into one sooner or later. That's pretty sad, and that's what this AW post is trying to clear up.

Patrick Miller 12 Apr 2006

Sorry...I didn't mean to upset you. I was actually thinking AW should provide the definition.......

Philo T. Fenstermacher 12 Apr 2006

Hey--being a "troublemaker", I volunteered to write the "Profile of a Troublemaker" (PTM)...and since it will be an unpaid task, and I'm a non-paying member (AND a "troublemaker"), I have ALL the requsite qualifications.....

Jessica Morgan 12 Apr 2006

Totally cool Patrick. No worries:)
