All right. If and when the greeting cards come, I will refuse them and have them returned to you. Please issue me a refund. I hope you do this promptly. My experience in the past has been less than great in getting payment from you, as you know as well as I do.

I think I need to explain why I am so upset. I have always been one of your biggest supporters to my friends and fellow artists. I have recruited at least a half dozen fellow artists who have joined your site. Now I have to eat my words. I have lost face among them, to say the least. I have received beautiful Christmas cards from them with their paintings on them that they had produced locally. This week I sent out cards I bought in the drugstore.

The calendars arrived and I reboxed those that needed to be mailed and sent them out express with apologies to the post office for being so late.

The Christmas cards also arrived by Fed Ex but I did not accept them and had them returned to sender. Please issue me a refund as per your thread on this post.

Hi I am in England and ordered my 4 calendars on the 20th October. I know you said you started to dispatch calendars on the 1st dec and I am international so would take longer but how long? And have they been sent out yet as I have not received any email telling me so.

I would like them soon as it's nearly January

^ Jennifer, I still haven't recieved my calendar either, and I'm in the States. I also haven't this e-mail notifiying me it's on the way as others have. I'm trying to be paitent but I really want my calendar. I belive awhile ago, it was said that we would recieve them in November, and it's almost January. And I pre-ordered mine too.

We want to clarify a few things that are being discussed, so that everyone knows the facts.

* Shipping confirmation e-mails were only sent to those that paid extra for Priority Mail or those that purchased more than one calendar within the US. If you only purchased on calendar, no shipping e-mails were send out.

* International tracking numbers are not available, because the calendars were shipped via USPS which does not offer tracking numbers outside of the US. When shipped via UPS/FedEx with a tracking number, the cost to ship on calendar to the UK goes from $16 to $70, and we didn't think anyone would want to pay $70 to ship one calendar, so we did not offer this option.

* All calendars that have been ordered have been shipped out. They are all in the mail and we hope that they arrive to you very soon.

* With all purchases from ArtWanted.com, the credit card is charged at the time of order. It has always been this way on every product/service. We use the money from the pre-ordered calendars to fund the design and printing of the calendars.

* We apologize to those that have not got their calendars yet. Next year we will be sure to ship out calendars in early November, so this shipping delay does not happen again.

* We have about 100 calendars left, so if you have not picked up one yet, there is still time before they sell out. Priority mail can get a calendar to you in the US within a few days.

Thanks for the above information AW. I didn't realize only people who paid extra for shipping got an e-mail.

I got my calendar today, and it looks really nice! I'm glad I finally got mine, and I hope everyone gets theirs soon too! :)

At least I am not the only one in England, Angela, without my calendars!! Hopefully they will be here soon ready for the new year!!

oh well, shame I've not got them for xmas :(

Hi I'm glad the calenders have been sent out as people are already asking about when they can see my coloured pencil drawings in them, though it will probably take longer to get to Holland. Anyway I hope that it is soon. Thanks to ArtWanted for the opportunity to display my work in this way.

But till today, december 25th, nearly 2007, I didn't receive my reserved and still months ago payed calendar. Pitty. I hope I will receive soon, before january 31th 2007, on which date my coloured pencil drawings are selected.

Wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and celebrating any other Holidday in this time of the year.

We apologize for those that do not have their calendars yet. As we have said, all calendars are in the mail and unless you ordered with US Priority Mail, we are unable to give you a tracking number to tell you where your shipment is at this time, but we do know that they are in the mail.

4th Jan and still no calendars for me :( My postman has been today but my calendars have still not come. I am missing out on the first artists of the year!! :(
