I can't say for sure but I suspect AW only cuts checks once a month? Thats my guess anyway.

We do have a standard process for cutting checks, but it sounds like it's important to a few of you to get it out ASAP. We will make sure that we make an exception and process the check today for the charity event.

AW...just a note of thanks for all the good that you do here. Please don't judge all of the artists on this site because of the few "nitpickers". They are everywhere, at every turn, mixed in with all the rest. So please just bear with us, keeping in mind that most of us ARE peace makers, and truly grateful for opportunities like these.

Thanks AW... and YES, it is important to put this donated money into good use at the earliest possible time.. kids around the world are at deaths door for the need of it.

BTW, ArtWanted.com Print Demo... if it takes a bit of nit-picking to get that money to where it's urgently needed, then so be it.

Thanks AW for the Charity Event! We did raise a good amount for the number of contributors. Save the Children knows how to really get the most out of each dollar, so it really will feed more than you think.

Many of us are still hoping to be able to expand & or continue more such events in the future. Artists that participated, be proud of what we got done. More that did not give here did go and donate to charities as well. Some will donate art to local charities as well, so every bit of this effort was worth it.

Thankyou AW for this proof...not that it was needed, by me or any of the others I believe! So to the minority the Sceptics and Scandalmongers who thrive on aggro and are positively Negative & Suspicious... PROOF IN BLACK AND WHITE. I for one was proud to give the little I did for this worthy cause,and I am also pleased thet they didn't divulge how much was donated by WHOM..that's Our Business!!!!!!!!
