Now Accepting Artwork for 2011 Calendar

We are now accepting artwork & photography for consideration in the 2011 ArtWanted.com Calendar.

This calendar features 365 'tear-off' pages, for each day of the year. Each day features a different ArtWanted.com artist and displays their name, artwork title/description and website address for more information on that artist. The artwork featured in the calendar is a large mixed sample of traditional art, digital art and photography of our members.

We are now accepting artwork submissions for the 2011 calendars from our members. There is no cost/fee to submit artwork, so all ArtWanted.com members are encouraged to submit their favorite artwork to be considered for one of the calendars. Artwork for the 2011 calendar will be selected by our staff in September from all the entries received. Those artists that are selected to be included, will be notified via e-mail before Oct. 31st, 2010.

Those artists that pre-order at least one calendar can choose which date they want to reserve and will be guaranteed a spot in our calendar and be able to pick the day their artwork is featured. To submit artwork for one of the calendars, click here. Deadline for submissions is Aug. 31st, 2010.

You didn't give much time to upload artwork. When I click on the upload your artwork now link it says that the time has expired to do so. A little more time would be great since the original post was this morning at 12:45am and in my part of the world it is now only 7:14am.

rebecca phillips 11 May 2010

there is only one calendar this year?

Jerry Lee Cline 11 May 2010

I was going to upload but when I click it say the time for uploading artwork has expired, yet the post is dated 5/11/2010 and deadline is suppose to be 21 October 2010... What goes here...

Burning Wilderness.....Digital work, capturing the hot, devastation in the wilderness forest of a forest fire, while wildlife is clinging for a safe haven and life itself and the raging fires burn on...Used Photoshop Elements 7 to produce this work, no photo was used, altered, nor manipulated in this artwork...

Long Walk Home...Digital Work....Wanted to capture the long walk towards home down an old country background, of two brothers walking along as the dawn was approaching, without a care in the world, just enjoying their conversation and long walk home....Photoshop Elements 7 Used...No photo used, altered, nor manipulated in this work...

I had submitted mine. What if I've changed my mind & chose another one from my gallery? Can I still submit/replace it until Aug. 31st? I'm still undecided if I should replace my first submission with this one:

ArtWanted.com Staff 15 May 2010

Correct. You can replace your calendar submissions at anytime through August.

She has a choice now that her dad will be leaving since her mom is moving back with her new boyfriend. It has been a sad year, but you put the faith in our Lord, and we will all prevail over this evil world. Please pray for my 2 daughters during this time of transition, and may God Bless you all! rh

When I click on where it tells me to upload it says I need to log in, though I am logged in...what gives?

Marcy Silveira 08 Jul 2010

Okay, so I DID order & prepay for an 2011 calendar, as well as submitted an image successfully, but there was no prompt/space for my requested date of choice. Is this something you contact us later for?

ArtWanted.com Staff 11 Jul 2010

Yes, you will get an e-mail after payment is recorded with instructions on how to record your date for the calendar.
