She is coming around... looking better... I think shading/ contrast is what you kneed to work on next. make your whites "white". her skin has its own shade groups not used by the hair eyes or lips. I have attached this picture in another post. Maybe it can help you also. keep in mind you are presenting your picture to an audience what do you want them to see first? the white or lightest part will be seen first then there eyes work there way down to the darkest shadows giving depth. This picture of mine takes the eyes where I want them to go. It is a disc shaped wall art. but your eyes can not see that. Hope it helps

just when I though drawing to give it deph wasn't bad enough lol I'm also working on a actual 3-d model faces and is really tough at the moment.
