Please critique What does this need?

This is the first acrylic I've done in years. I'm trying to loosen up a bit from the colored pencils, but the pictures needs.....what? I ment for the sunlight to be the main point, but the grass seems to have upstaged that. What would you do? Thanks in advance for your help!! Trish

A character of your choice, Shadowed rider or pale horse, longhaired cowgirl in soft blu, mustachioed hombre with a smoking gun and sad eyes. this is nice work

Nice work! I'm asuming your asking about added content in the painting right? I think it's nicely balanced...maybe adding a animal, like a couple of birds flying high, just their silhouettes.

I think a shadow of a rider on horse back at the top of the hill off in the distance would just set this painting. This looks like an old coral that someone has abandon. That or maybe just an old harness or saddle lieing in the dirt ... all dusty. I love old westerns can you tell?? lol... very nicely done :)
