i too have seen this a couple of times today when rating artwork

joel zelikovitz is the person who seems to be able to post above 10 and i am not saying it is intentional only hoping to help you prinpoint the problem best of luck you guys and i hope you are getting on top of your 'to do urgently list' sometimes each little bit of info can help create a sensible picture of what seems to be happening

Yes, this is a little glitch that we have yet to find out how it's happening. However, all 11 & 12 votes are tossed out and not calculated into any averages. Although you may see them next to a comment, they are not effecint that persons ratings.
