contest deadline

What's up with the deadline on the Gwen Stefani contest?? I noticed that the 31st has come and gone and entries are still being posted. I hate deadlines to begin with (as with most other artists) because it kind of causes you to put a slight hurry on your work, and we all know that rushing art is not a good thing. I know that the contest is voluntary, but why post an end date if they're not going to live up to it? Just my humble input and question. Peace everybody.

I agree....they (AW) should delete all entries that were PAST deadline, its totally unfair. Deadlines are real an d should be respected:)missy

dude i completely agree w/ you. i started on a entry until i realized the date and decided not to run to kinko's in the middle of the night to get it scanned. Now i see people still posting their entries. bs i say.

I don't really think that entries submitted post deadline should be deleted, I would at least let them be displayed for viewing enjoyment but not be eligible for the contest. Deadline is a deadline that's how I see it. I guess the AW peeps are just too busy too worry about it. Oh well no sweat. I can't wait to see all the sweet art entries nonetheless. Peace!

Actually, seeing as how this contest deadline is actually non existing, I don't even wanna be included in it. I feel like because there was an impending due date, I put a rush on my work when I didn't even have to. People keep submitting entries after the fact. I'd like to forfeit my entry. However, you can still take a peep at it. Peace
