PLease give us a few more details so that we can investigate this for you. For example...

1) What URL/webpage are they going to? 2) Did they get an error, if so, what was it? 3) Screen shots are the best to help us fix problems.

Dear mark and AW.com, I was one of them that couldnt get in to his either. Half the time mine either. What the error was, There was to many people signed in at the same time it got flooded out allot. I included. I got kicked off maybe about 13 times in 6 hours so I gave up for two days.? It still is a little sluggish at times. But Mark what works best is have them come earlier in the morning :) works for me. Not that many around except the norms like us. AW if you have the bandwith then you might want to check to see if anyones been up to no good that can flood a server out. AbsolutelyWoman
