Would be advantages and disadvantages..... could have a "Help line" address that is only given out the premium members or that they can access from their members area.

We do have an idea that may work in the future. Something like 'premium support', which is pretty common among other companies. Our preferred method is to simply bring in more help and answer everyone quickly, but if this does not happen, we may have to go with plan B...quicker service for those that support our site.

Renate... i always know the consequences for anything i do or say.. When you deserve attention sometimes a 2 x 4 works. I've always been positive about this site and supported the ideas behind it and the members and art of it..

I got the job done and thats all i wanted, swift action... : )

I think thats what we all desire...'Swift' being the keyword..
