I'm going to use a private gallery to collect together some possible images for use in an upcoming show. Do I have to move them into the normal upload section for them to be included in the print program ? Or can we print from the private gallery feature ?

A: At this time, we don't have the print program connected to private galleries. This is a feature we are working on for a future update to our website. For now, you will need to upload print images to your normal portfolio and then delete them after you have the prints.
A: Canvas prints do require pretty high resolution images, so it's possible that your images do not meet this criteria. You can always test it out by uploading a new image to see if the canvas options are available. Canvas prints are available for those images that qualify at this time.

I'm sorry, we don't quite understand what you are saying here. Perhaps it would be better to email our staff with the specific details, so that we can look into this.
Canada shipping just depends on what is being ordered and the shipping options that you select. Most items are there within a week or two from being shipped out.
A: Please let us know what image zoom you are trying to delete via e-mail and we can look into why you can't delete it.

A: We are sorr you are having problems uploading files. If you continue to have these problems, please send us your image via e-mail, so we can test the image on our end to see what you may be seeing.

A: All art watch e-mails are sent to all people on a daily basis. If you are not able to get this, we ask that you first check with your spam/junk mail folders. Many companies block ArtWanted emails, because we send so much. There is not a lot we can do about this, as we show these are being sent out. We are sorry that you are not able to get them.
A: The 'pic of the day' feature does not currently notify the artist if they are selected. This has been suggested in the past and something we will probably do in the near future.
A: The thread purpose was to let everyone know of the technical problems that prevented us from posted the GDB on the 1st. It was a 'technical update', which normally are removed after a few days from our site, so that they don't stay part of the general announcements. We are still working on restoring the GD board and have not forgotten about it
A: We don't really need to get into the details, but it's something that we are working on to resolve and not really something our members can help with. Thanks for your offer.
