IF.. you are a separate person from Anita, and I really don't know if you are or not.....then I have to say I kind of feel genuinely sorry for you in that you found yourself caught up in the crossfire between ourselves and your relatives. Her influence on you is bound to be greater than anything we can say.......there's an old saying " You can choose your friends but not your family. " Where Richard fits into the picture I don't know and don't care to.
BUT.....coming on to the boards and using words like " vomit" and " garbage " is not going to help anything.......that's not the civility you say you want. Other new members have joined the boards with no problem though the numbers are small because there's so little going on around here.......apparently because everyone is afraid of appearing on the other sites....I feel sure you must understand that. Only a couple days ago, I found my name splattered over a site that I never even visited before and being accused of posting all kinds of things under an alias. I don't post under aliases.......if I have something to say, it will have my name under it. Can you understand what bad feeling that kind of thing causes ?
Maybe a gentler attitude.....not flaming replies to the simplest of things would help here ?
Annie has family connections with Anita but I have never seen her show up in any way on the " bashing " sites......it seems only fair to agree to disagree on the past with her if she would like to post here on the boards without being attacked, as she says she does.
I fear though I could never extend the same hand to Richard or Anita. I would be gone from AW as quickly as possible. I have no appetite at all for another round of fighting which upsets everyone and has, so far, at least achieved nothing. Alex, Daisy, myself and others are not vengeful people.....we fought against what we saw as a legitimate enemy because we could foresee the result. As it stands, it seems there were no winners, no losers.....just a lot of unhappy people.....which was exactly what we DID foresee.
