Yes amen to them, now how about my request? I just want you to admit that you changed your atitude to censured nudes.

ArtWanted.com Staff 04 Dec 2006

Karen - We don't currently have anyone banned from the chat room, but we can say that people with quotes in their names have various issues on our site, the chat room being one of them. We are working on a way to program some of our features to still function with quotes in the names.

WOW AGAIN! NOW,back to My art.No pleasant things to experience here. Back to You,Johnny.

Gina Boyce 06 Dec 2006

Ok I thought Art Wanted was about Art? I don't need to have a social life on the internet! Lets get back to the reason we are all here.To sell ART.Posting rude pictures of something off the internet or pick a fight with someone you have never met in person. If you don't like this great avenue that art wanted has givin you to display your work then Leave. This is about selling Art.

Steph Salt 06 Dec 2006

Well I for one don't like putting my art in a gallery where I don't trust the owners.....

Kimberly Tilley 08 Dec 2006

If you don't trust, then why are you here?

If you see something offensive, then you should report it. It's just like on any other site. Why do you expect AW to catch every upload before its live? There are so few of them and so many of us. Maybe all the images should be approved by AW before being visible in portfolios?

I dont think member issues should be addressed on message boards, that should be between you, AW and the person in question.

I like AW. I do not like the attacks. Its their server, their rules. Just like dad says, "If you don't like the rules of the house then get out."

joan warburton 09 Dec 2006

Honey, AW is not your daddy.

Gail Caduff-Nash 19 Dec 2006

Again, good job AW. You seem very underappreciated sometimes. While I am having a problem currently with the Print Program, I am still very grateful for all the work and imagination the "staff" offers us. There are other sites to show work in but this one is easy to use, has a lot to offer, is very responsive and is showing some great results. Your decisions over the past couple years that i've been a part of this have seemed very rational. If you use public monitors that are named, they will need a pretty thick skin. Or duck feathers. I couldn't do it. I don't use the computer that much. But thanks for all you do for us.

I been reading tonight all of these post and all i can do is go hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....I said before i dont wanna be on either site and to me seem there is two sites here...if you dont belong to this site you are not welcome ...or if you not with us then you are with them...why do i get that feeling lol...?????well people someone said it very well....its AW SERVER they shelled out initial investment into this site, they made rules ist like this u dont want it you leave...We are here NOT TO SOCIALIZE i said that befre in another thread...its like this oh youare my buddy i am yours lets coment to each other work so we get into top 10 together hehehhehe okay THINK ABOUT it for the moment WE ARE HERE TO SELL ART...yes indeed....not to worry who moderator is....if you all follow the rules here you dont have to worry who moderator ir...lol if that is how AW wanna run their site then be it...i dont like it i move on...obviusly looking at these BEAUTIFUL calendars i just received its like 300 artists print in that calendar obviously those 300+ care about this site or they wouldnt be in it....and best part of it is THAT ALMOST ALL OF YOU are in it...lol you must care do you? now remember when you buy a stock market share into artwanted and you get on board of directors you might have some saying about rules....until then you and me can only suggest....and AW said many times they will not change NUDITY rules....and we sitting here still using energy instead of applying this to art work and pout about rules on AW....needling and attacking from every site in so many forums and topics....you are lucky that you all are not on some sites i belong to by now you all will be history.....AW is mellow ...lol I am just frustrated had a very hard day came here after hard day of my life to see something refreshening and all i see is constant complains...Do you all reralize its CHRISTMAS SEASON?????????????????? makes me feel i am surounded with atheists....I HAVENT SEEN many of you contributing to Xmas cheers....AMERRY CHRISTMAS ALL i hope you get some feelings of CHRISTMAS soon and not just complaining constantly...i am outa here....had enough of nonsence...sorry

LMAO at Joan! I think AW's role is that of a farmed-out IT company who are in partnership with its customers. I would not be hear if AW's services and operations were not up to my expectations and AW would not be here without the financial support of it's clients. I am here so that implies my support.

...some people enjoy an atmosphere of repression.

Leo Da 20 Dec 2006

Philo T. Fenstermacher, some stay and fight the good fight. Viva La France! Remember the French Resistance?

Michael Easter 20 Dec 2006

Wow ! This is definately one to ponder one. It is easy to forget the rules sometimes, take them for granted, or even try to bend them some, I am GUILTY of these offenses. As am I quick to write a reply telling the AW Staff exactly what I think when my work has been removed. But then with out fail I allways go back IMMEDIATELY and appologize for it. The fact is this is a wonderful site AW (mistakes and good points! I do think that making the moderators publicly know is very risky and you have guts, you have read my replys AW ha, ha, ha I give you credit. I think the moderators have a difficult job as it is just upholding the rules, and it does take them time to get around to the sites - but they do! Any way I promise I wont make any bad comments to them once they are publicly know, I will respect them and their decissions. As I do respect AW, and my fellow artist's. GOOD LUCK -moderators!!!!, but thank you - all of you who have supported me and gave advice, and wonderful comments, even the moderators who sensored me (just kidding)ha, ha, ha. Merry Christmas and happy new year to all! Fellow artist, AW Staff, Moderators, and visitors. Thanks agian Michael.
