That's true Anneke! Did you see that awful banner on top of our paintings???

I just downloaded following @ ArtWanted.com's message board:

TODAY I noticed an awful and distracting dark GRAY banner above my pictures.

I checked other members' websites and saw that -who downloaded music (youtube), colored their text or have a side meter added to their portfolio- will have the same gray banner.

I'd like to tell you how happy I was with ArtWanted: I have several Art websites, but choose only TWO to have on my business card. One of them is ArtWanted.

My ArtWanted website is my Art portfolio.

Lately interested people -such as my international and potential costumers, galleries and my American students- couldn't reach my Artwanted portfolio at all, which was not very professional ... And now this....

REQUEST:

Please eliminate that gray banner above my paintings a.s.a.p. and give paying ArtWanted members the privilege to design their portfolio as professional as they wish. That was one of the reasons I'm a paying member of ArtWanted.
