Olivia is cool but her old stuff looks kinda dated...you can tell she painted it in the 80's

Now her new stuff is some of her best work I think.

She usually uses fetish, porn and centerfolds for her pieces. This girl is Masumi Max, a fetish model.

Oh yeah Stephen Scott Young! He graduated from Ringling school of Art and Design and had a show at the Norton in West Palm Beach within about 5 years. John Surovek caught that show and signed him to a contract. Stephen doesn't have to do anything but paint. About 5 years ago Surovek was getting 95,000 a painting but just this past year some of his work was going for over 150,000. His wife is Bahamian and they spend a lot of time in the Bahama Islands because they want their children to absorb the heritage there. So he can afford two homes in very pricey areas. Not bad. He's the only living painter Surovek handles. He gets compared (favorably) to Winslow Homer and Andrew Wyeth.

He's a nice guy too. I called him up once years ago and he was complaining about the fact that his brushes get worn out so fast and I recommended one I liked and sent him one to try out. I have a couple of his catalogs too.

I agree with Tim. There's lots of good artists in here but the ones who consistenly are awesome are Sher, John E. and the one who's latest style has caught my eye a lot is Nilgun Akyol. Peace. :-)

One of my favorite is currently, Daniel Sprick. I love how he uses everyday objects in his compositions. It isn't just a pretty picture or painting, I like how his main concern, I guess you could say, is his arrangement.
