my artwatch emails aren't coming in either , third day now..this morning i found out that my Pic of the Day doesn't work either..could someone please have a look?

AW STAFF........I HAVE A QUESTION. WHAT ARE THE GRAY RECTANGLES NEXT TO SOME OF THE MESSAGES? I ASK BECAUSE THE WRITING ON THE MESSAGES RUN INTO THAT DARK GRAY RECTANGLE ON EVERY OTHER MESSAGE. IT'S HARD TO READ THE BLACK WRITING OF THE MESSAGE ON THE DARK GRAY. SEE PHOTO BELOW.

ANDY, AW STAFF.........MINERVA, YOU ARE SO RIGHT; A LAYOUT PROBLEM. ARTWORK IS MISSED ALL THE TIME IF IT IS IN THE 4TH ROW OFF THE COMPUTER SCREEN. AND THAT IS IN COMMENTING, IN OUR PORTFOLIOS, ARTISTS GROUPS, ANY WHERE THAT 4 ROWS ARE USED. I KNOW THAT THERE IS AN INVISIBLE 4TH ROW, AND STILL I FORGET TO SCROLL SIDEWAYS AND THUS MISS ARTWORKS ALL THE TIME. IT'S EASY TO FORGET. .......................................................................................................................... I JUST GOT A MESSAGE FROM SOMEONE WHO IS WORRIED THAT THE AW SITE IS HAVING A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, BECAUSE IT'S A MESS. ....................... PLEASE DON'T LET THIS MESSAGE BE WHERE THE DARK GRAY RECTANGLE IS. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had reports that some members aren't receiving their ArtWatch e-mails. We are looking into this. However, most members are still receiving them so it makes it harder for us to investigate why some aren't. We ask those affected to please be patient while we try to figure this out.

We believe we have fixed this issue with the box as you described, on this thread at least. Please let us know if you see this same thing again and if you see it on other message board threads.

ANDY, AW STAFF........HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT "MOST" MEMBERS ARE RECEIVING E-MAIL WITH THEIR ARTWATCH MEMBERS UPLOADS???????? THE COMMENTS ARE LESS IN THE LAST 3 DAYS FOR MOST PEOPLE I SEE. AND I'VE HAD PEOPLE TELL ME THAT THEY'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE E-MAIL SAYING I UPLOADED SOMETHING. SO ARE SURPRISED TO FIND THAT I AND OTHERS HAVE UPLOADED NEW THINGS. I WON'T BE UPLOADING ANYTHING FOR A WEEK, SO HOPEFULLY THIS ARTWATCH E-MAIL THING WILL BE FIXED IN THAT TIME. I WON'T BE ABLE TO COMMENT ON ANY OF MY ARTWATCH ARTISTS WHEN/IF I GET A CHANCE TO, THOUGH, AND THAT'S A BIG PROBLEM.

ANDY, AW STAFF......I'VE JUST DISCOVERED THAT SOME PEOPLE DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT THEY WEREN'T GETTING E-MAILS FROM YOU ABOUT ARTWATCH NEW UPLOADS. I'VE ASKED, AND WHAT THEY ARE FINDING IS THAT THEY'VE GOTTEN NOTHING SINCE AUG. 30TH. SO MAYBE THAT DAY YOU CHANGED SOMETHING? OR ON THE 29TH?

hi AW staff, i'm sure you're getting tired of our complaints by now, we just want the site to function properly...my artwatch email still doesn't work, and my pic of the day works for some artists but doesn't work for others, also the pic of the day links don't work on my site...what are we going to do about all of these glitsches? and why are they happening ?

I also just wanted to mention that it isn't the fault of our computers , we have 3 or 4 top of line brand new computers and we pay for extra high speed internet. Many times I've rebooted the computer and ran all my spyware.... I hope some of these problems can be resolved soon ...and I know you are doing your best, maybe you need to hire an extra person right now to correct some of these issues?

AW, I AM STILL GETTING "NO" E-MAILS REGARDING MY ARTWATCH NEW UPLOADS. I USED TO GET 2 - 3 MESSAGES A DAY TO LET ME KNOW WHO UPLOADED WHAT THAT DAY. I ALSO KNOW THAT MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE ALSO "NOT" RECEIVING THESE EMAILS, AND THEY, LIKE I, ARE GETTING DISCOURAGED ABOUT THIS AND OTHER AW MALFUNTIONS. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I ALSO KNOW THAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE TRIED TO PIC ONE OF MY PAINTINGS FOR PIC OF THE DAY AND CAN'T DO IT....EVEN WHEN NOTHING OF MINE HAS BEEN PICKED FOR THE DAY. DOESN'T SEEM VERY FAIR TO ME. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I WAS TOLD NOT TO PUT PERIODS TO SEPARATE PARAGRAPHS, BECAUSE THEY CAUSED THE DARK GRAY RECTANGLES. HMMMMMM, THAT'S NEW, BECAUSE I'VE ALWAYS DONE THAT, AND THE DARK GRAY SQUARES DIDN'T APPEAR UNTIL WEEKS LATER. I HOPE THAT THE OOOOO DON'T CAUSE A PROBLEM. PLEASE JUST LET ME KNOW IF THEY DO. :-) I FIGURED A LETTER WOULD BE SAFE.

i hate to be a pest AW staff, but i just realized today that when i click on new images by date i only receive a portion of the real amount..so for ie; if it says 331 for today i only get 78 images for today. and that is the same for the other dates..why is that?

OH NO!!!!!!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY WANT TO SCREAM AW STAFF!!!!!!! MY PIC OF THE DAY NOW DOES NOT WORK. THE PERSON I WAS PICKING FOR PIC OF THE DAY DOES NOT HAVE ANY PAINTING CHOSEN TODAY...YET. SO WHY???????????
