Another beautiful day in store for the fair goers. Present temp.is 69 degrees....suppose to reach 88 not a bad day at all. The birds are singing ,the sun is shining brightly and all is right with world. .....Well that is true in my little part of it,I wish it were so in every country .

Still in the high 80's low 90's in this part of So Cal But all's not well in this neck of the woods. Financially strapped and what can break is breaking. What's broke has to stay broke, and if it's not broke....surprise, tomorrow will take care of that.

We should see the century mark by mid-week. 93-97 forecast for today. Nice to have the mountains behind us. 20 minute drive and I'm up to one of our local fishing spots...just a matter of gas tho :((

On hot days like these last few ,,,,,,,,all you can do is go fishing. We did get a small thunder storm yesterday , It was a welcoming cooling off period. greatly needed. Temps back up in the 8o's today. I did noit mind it much.sunday is my lazy day. I stayed home in the cool air. Tomorrow is another day,Enjoy the rest of your weekend folks.

Most of us here in So Cal, can tolerant the heat. We don't have the humidity factor. Weather forecaster's are predicting 100 for the rest of the week. Electric company is going to love me this month...especially with a 30 year old step daughter who lives by the oven...morning, noon and night..:(((

I have not written in a few days. The heat here in the Northeast has me about melted. We have been in the high 90's with the humidity almost as high. That is what is just killing me. They have been predicting rain all week. I have yet to see or feel any. I do hope it happens this afternoon. I'll let you know.

I've experience that humidity when I was in Vermont and New Hampshire...no thank you. We should be below 90 the rest of the week before climbing back up. Had our thunder storms/humidity, so looking forward to typical hot and dry this coming week.

Well,we finally got the rain they have been predicting all week. It was a rather nice rain strom that passed to quickly. While it was here in came down hard. lots of water in just a very short time. It did cool things off while here. after it stopped it seemed hotter than before.The rain was nice.I stood out in it for a few mins. pretending to look at my flowers.I did'nt want my neighbors to think i had gone daft , the rain was actually warm. here at 7:30 it is 68.1 we are suppose to reach 89 degrees today. i'm sure we will make that and then some.,enjoy your day folks.

It promises to be another hot one today 76 degrees here at 7:00 in the AM. Yesterday we did get to 98 degrees ,I hope today is not a copy of that. The heat would not be so bad if we did'nt have the humidity to contend with.Oh well I guess we have to be happy with what we do get. We could get tornados or hurricanes with this. Perhaps this is'nt so bad........Just a tad uncomfortable for the most part. I'll think SNOW. that will do it.LOL

The weather forecasters are having a devil of a time trying to predict the weather. Got a 10 degree unexpected boost yesterday and now they're saying it's going to be hot and humid for the next week. Sure glad it only takes me about 20 minutes to escape it if I chose to use up my gas supply.

Good Morning all. Woke up to a beauty of a day. sun is shinning with cooler temps. I'm sure it will not stay this way. We have been having a few rainy days,not complaining , we needed the rain badly, everything was being burned off.There is no more brown grass .Everything is green and crisp, as a matter of fact we now need to mow. Temps will reach inhigh 70's today. Enjoy your day folks.

I have a Question for you all. Have you ever experienced a day where just walked from your car to the house and it puts you in a sweat. A sweat so hard that you looked like you were doing a strenous job? That is the kind of day I have here. Temps are Only 79 Degrees but the humidity is almost as high, I HATE DAYS LIKE THIS!!!! Try to enjoy your day as i will deal with mine.

The humidity turned into glorious rain. It has been raining here on and off for acouple of days. The temp is still in the 80's but the rain balances it out. I'm sure many yard salers have gotten wet. This weekend is the Route 90 yard sale. many good buys will be found today and tomorrow. Enjoy your day everyone, I just finished work so I'm staying home and resting.

Only time I've ran across that feeling of sweating from point A to point B is when I'm down at "The River" (Colorado) in the summertime.

Well, we've had a week of mild 80's and now it's climbing back up to the mid to high 90's. Guess it's summertime in So Cal.
