After I finished my "Costa de Morte" and two daily strips just taking a cup of coffee (all of you're invited) and working on sketches for my next colored pencils art.

There're two characters I remember from my childhood: LEITEIRAS and AFIADOR.

LEITEIRAS were women selling milk. AFIADOR means "KNIFE GRINDER". Those men, always walking from one place to another one, worked by sharpening knives, scissors, sickles and scythes; they also repaired umbrellas and metallic pots; few of them (not all) also castrated pigs :-) By the way, I always was afraid and ran away from them although I never was a pig :-) Hmmmm...! I'll ask Roy-Freud why. LOL!

So far I have included the group members, but I didn't see Joan there. I think she will join when she has finished her picture?

And I saw Van joined the group, he must be on the picture also, he's a great artist. Armando, do you know if he is going to create a picture?

About that person, I think he's not working in the project. I e-mailed him few days ago but I still hadn't a reply. I think he joined group as self-advertising only. If he doesn't reply, I'll ask AW Staff to remove him from the group.

I already said AW, the Group ADMIN must have the chance to remove people and artwork that doesn't respect the guidelines or doesn't match with the subject matter.

I also noticed few people more is INVADING the groups. Closed the Top Ten, this one is the new way to get exposure. Abuse.

I was afraid this would happen as we see it on all the other art sites too. Van isn't the person to abuse though, maybe it's a mistake.

Besides all the facts you are mentioning, for me the biggest problem is that we can't edit the messages, not even the admin of the group has editing rights!!

AND WE NEED HTML ON THE BOARDS!!!

I want to be able to post an image or a video in a group message. Just the normal things all boards have.

And YES I agree with Anneke... we need desperately HTML (like the first couple of days) to have the possibility of downloading websites and/or pictures.

Also I'd like to erase a couple of pictures of people/artist who downloaded stuff in the art groups which have NOTHING to do with the subject.

I'm amazed about the humongous amount of replies you got last couple of days in this wonderful thread again, Armando... And YES, I agree: we have a SIGMUND FREUD in our group, I totally agree! he he he he~ ;-))))

Love all the different renderings of the group pictures...

Yes, Olga. This thread is a success, THE SUCCESS of an enthusiastic group of artists sharing a different experience and enjoying/learning from each other. It was an encouragement for me. I actually only paint in Summer, 1-2 works. In 2007, nothing. But this year I'm sure I'll finish the summer having 7-8 works! :-) All of you are a truly contagious virus; all of you are my flu :-)))
