If I did apply it would be for the traditonal artwork, and I would like to submit.

Is the media I work in suitable though? I do abstract mixed-media pieces, either on paper, or larger pieces on canvas or board

We are now accepting artwork & photography for consideration in the 2012 ArtWanted.com Calendar.

This annual calendar will feature 366 'tear-off' pages, for each day of the year. Each day features a different ArtWanted.com artist and displays their name, artwork title/description and website address for more information on that artist. This year we will be printing two different calendars: 1) Traditional Artwork and 2) Digital Artwork & Photography

We are now accepting artwork submissions for the 2012 calendars from our members. There is no cost/fee to submit artwork, so all ArtWanted.com members are encouraged to submit their favorite artwork to be considered for one of the calendars. Artwork/photos for the 2012 calendar will be selected by our staff in September from all the entries received. Those artists that are selected to be included, will be notified via e-mail before Oct. 31st, 2011.

Those artists that pre-order at least one calendar can choose which date they want to reserve and will be guaranteed a spot in our calendar and be able to pick the day their artwork is featured. To submit artwork for one of the calendars, click here. Deadline for submissions is Aug. 31st, 2011.
