Most PUBLISHERs wanting the artists to summit their folios for appraisal view before comfirming the approval of their artwork publication Publisher asking money from artists and the same time using artists' works to promote the ART SHOWCASE BOOK
Publisher always have an upper hand by saying " well, we help you to promote your arts...sell your name...all you got to do is pay us for that SPACE
Some good artbooks selling million of copies...publisher making tons of cash....the end result is ARTISTS are not the one who benefit
