prismacolors rock, so do craypas, colored pencils and anything else one can use to create. IMO, it's all good.

Original Post: Do Felt Tip Markers Count As A Serious Medium?
I have had that question bouncing around in my head since I first started using them again several weeks ago. I like them because they are so vibrant, and the myriad colors act as muses in and of themselves... ...nevermind the fact that it feels like warmly nostalgic return to my childhood.
But should they be considered as a possible medium by a serious artist?
Granted, this piece is mere whimsey...
