Art-exchange looks suspicious, and I will just stay away from them!

I was contacted by phone this morning by art-exchange.com. wanting to sell my photos. Has anyone here done any business with them? They sound like they actually sell art for artists which sounds too good to be true. Anyone know anything about these guys?
