Myself, I like reading the comments left via e-mail. This is almost a guarantee you have an addy to reply...respond to. Good or bad. That way it's a one on one and no-one else needs to be involved if it becomes a pissy match.

I have an idea that might stop the rude comments and unfair ratings. Not sure if it would work, but here it goes& What if AW could e-mail us the comments before theyre posted. We could then have the option to just delete the unfair comments  after we screened them for content we could then forward them back to AWs queue and they could then post them to our portfolio.

Im just thinking that with the comments and ratings that are intended to do damage and hurt feelings are being done by someone who just gets a thrill from seeing everyone get upset, and rightfully so, on these threads. Remember telling your kids to just ignore the bullies and theyll get bored with you and move on. This might be the case with some of these jerks. It might also take some of the load off of the AW people if we could do some of the deleting for them.
