Please be patient with us. We do want to fix this issue, but it's a little tricky since we can't duplicate it on our end. Keep trying and we will figure this out.
We have received several error reports from other users, so we know that form is working some of the time, but for some reason, your error is even breaking our error form.
If the form does not submit, we are temporarily showing the error details on the oops page. Simply copy and paste these details to us in an e-mail and we will get your error report. Thanks.

Original Post: Oops Error Form
There have been a few of you that are getting the 'Oops' error from time to time on our website. We want to find out the reason for these and fix it for you ASAP. For this reason, we have just improved our error page.
If you get an 'oops' error on our site, you will now see a box that you can fill in exactly what you were doing when this error occurred. When you submit this, it will send the error directly to our technical department with all of the error details. This improved error process will help us locate and fix these occasional bugs that happen on our site.
