Sorry to hear about the image problems you are having. If the e-mail was returned, the file could have been too big.

First, open up the file in an image editing program (ie Photoshop) and make sure the color mode is RGB (not CMYK) and then do a SAVE AS to a JPG file, just to be sure. Try that again and let us know what you find.

Original Post: I cannot upload any images

All of a sudden AW will not accept any of my images. I get the messages that I should make my images jpg/gif. Well, as far as I know THEY ARE jpg. I have uploaded hundreds of images using the identical process. AW, with the error message, gives me the option to mail the image in question directly to them. I did and the message came back undeliverable. When I look at my images, the title of the refused image is there, however it is struck out. I have attached one of the images in question.
