The best way I learned to draw creases, etc is by looking in the mirror or drawing other people. Since i have been drawing I see things in a different light, so every time I go out I look at people and go, oooooh that makes sense. So I just take notice of the way clothes look on other people and apply that to my artwork. A good reference is the how to draw manga books, they offer great information on drawing folds in clothing. Some things to keep in mind while drawing folds is the gravity of the fabric, the way it is being pulled, the motion of the person, wind, etc. Also stiffer and softer fabrics fold differently. Hope I helped!
