Vicki, under filters, go to distort, then polar coordinates, that might give the effect your looking for:)

Hi I am trying to find out how to do kalidescopes in this program,,i remembering reading somewhere that you can take a photo and pinwheel? it and get the kalidescope effect..anyone have any ideas? thank you Vicki
