BallPoint Pen Art: Ambitious Stance

Taking an “Ambitious Stance” on the WWW My first decade on the Internet:

I think people have to decide what's important pertaining to they’re goals as an artist. Modern day times have the Internet available to those that are interested in its usages. Artists can publish their art, words, plans to over one billion others worldwide. Most of the artists jumping into the mix aren't known locally rather than on a state or national level. Most cities of the world are less than ten million people strong while the web has over one billion people registered via an email accounts or with other networks. How does a person jump from an unknown individual into a worldwide audience was a great question I had to ask myself as an artist.

In the year 2000 I bought my first computer and got an electronic view of the world. Before that I lived or resided in over forty-five different towns and cities. I traveled at first as a military family and keep on going as a military brat! Living on many military bases certainly taught me how men or of government actions and behavior. From there I ventured into the business community or art world as a young artist. Learning about the world and developing my artistic abilities was definitely something needed within my youthful days as a teenager. Such knowledge was vital if progress was to take place.

I loved drawing therefore carrying a ballpoint pen and paper was a daily chore. At the age of twenty-one I bought my first gold Parker ballpoint pen. I also purchased the extra-fine, fine, medium or bold tips that came in black, blue, green and red. Later on I came across the Lindy pen company and they manufactured twelve colors which really got me off and running as a colorist or fine artist. Today I have around three thousand and seven hundred ballpoint pen doodles, sketches, renderings, drawings or illustrations. About one third of those are currently post on the Web.

I loved drawing people because they were among the hardest things to capture or a great challenge. I worked in the public for over thirty years so lots of people came to me out of curiosity. They always brought lots of energy, blessings, stories, information and opportunities to communicate with others from around the world. Decades went by as did the thousands of artworks my friends. I'm not ashamed of my sketches, youth or early day pen and ink artworks because other beginners can see my progress from them. No matter what my drawings came out like; I remembered, they’re better than what the young or none artists could do. Doing more drawings was far more important than worrying about the older ones. Moving forward was of interest because progress was taking place. Every hundred or so pictures brought on visible improvement as did the thousands following.

I mostly used sketch pads because they’re easy to carry in a briefcase plus helped protect my works. People should use acid free paper and archival inks if possible in my opinion. I loved working with different colors and red was my favorite because it was uplifting or bright. Working outside was great because lighting, texture, form, shapes, movement and perspective was seen in real time or live. That's the best way to learn in my opinion. Quick pictures, long flowing lines, colors and nature was always something of interest to me. Later on in the game drawing from photographs, books, sculptures or prints worked for me. They all had a purpose and offered something new or different therefore learning was always in order.

When I came to the internet, I noticed most people only displayed their finished works because sales or impressing others was taking place. Please remember the youth, beginners or none artists can always relate to quick pictures because they're something within reach to them as a doodler. Many people doodle or sketch my friends while on a phone. People can also relate to one or two colored ink drawings as well. Thousands of sketches, rendering or drawings will certainly help you out as an artist from my point of view. Progress and different opportunities will always encourage a person to improve from my experience. Giving away sketches by the hundreds acts as a great good will gesture and is also a wonderful public relations program.

Over the past decade many young people, beginners or developing artists have surfaced. Much of those drawings unfortunately represents the dark side of life which I’m opposed to as a Christian. I think history demonstrates beauty sells plus it helps our societies remain positive or morally stronger. I think the world should focus on the lighter side of life, beauty, healthy attitudes or with positive forms of thought. I therefore think negative thoughts or pictures brings people down or takes us to an unpleasant place my friends. Keeping the faith and remaining positive works best for me throughout my days.

Thousands of people came up to see what I was doing during my thirty plus years as an artist outside. Just about all of those people were positive, grateful or filled with blessings. On the internet there's a lot of people going negative at many of the art forums or some message boards locations because they’re using bogus names or not face to face with the other person. It's best to ignore those negative people because they don't offer blessings or inspiration. Simply find places that offer pleasant or well mannered people works best for me.

People an ambitious stance is what it takes to produce historic, international or national achievements in my opinion. I’ve been the most prolific ballpoint pen artist and publisher for the past decade on the WWW. Those achievements cost me thousands of hours of research, editing, framing, writing and posting of materials. However those activities placed me in ballpoint pen history as a leader.

Ten years ago I noticed that no ballpoint pen art programs, forums, sites, groups, organizations or societies exited. I also realized the person to introduce such a program would go down in history as an innovator or leader! Oddly enough most people don’t consider that important because they’re chasing money and immediate social status. Developing historic, international and national goals is totally beyond most people’s imagination or personal aspirations. That also indicates they’re less likely to recognize the significance of my achievements as well oddly enough. Many people get it, yet most think it doesn’t count if money for such isn’t coming in because they want their cut or it does count. How it pays off for them is what counts not the idea or goal!

In my life many artists on the Web savagely attack me for developing the ballpoint pen art movement. They slander me personally, attack my Christian faith, belittle my artistic abilities, deny facts and disregard all advancements or stats. People think so little of themselves they can’t believe or comprehend that a normal person can influence history or introduce the largest undeveloped art movement in history. All they’re counting on is money and themselves. Putting down others instead of upgrading themselves seems to be par for the coarse.

Many artists along the way have gone negative, speck of doubt, present dismal thoughts, a lack of hope and limited goals. Needless to say, I totally reject they’re stance, desire they cheer up and actually get a positive life. The Internet is the greatest research, publishing, communicating or documenting tool in history. It provides me or the average person an opportunity to circumvent social, personal, economical or local political circumstances. That’s a spectacular benefit or advantage no other generation has ever been presented with my friends. That means I can publish materials or my art programs without the interference of those immediately around me. It also indicates people from around the world can see my efforts which means opportunity can keep going forward.

You can sit on the side lines, pass by this once in a life time opportunity, pretend historic or international goals aren’t important and disregard my achievements if you think that’s the cool thing to do. Over the past decade I’ve seen most people bless me in addition to offering emotional support. Ten years of full time has gone into developing the ballpoint pen art movement from this side of the court. I’m achieved, recorded, documented and logged in as a leader of this art movement along with many of your blessings. If you’re interested in producing art history getting busy, getting busy is in order people.

I’ve seized the times by recognizing ballpoint pen art wasn’t developed and most important I took advantage of an opportunity right before me here on the Web. I was extremely blessed with a chance to change my life and I took advantage of it in a heart beat. Each and everyone of those reading this statement has a similar opportunity right before them if such a desire is alive. Growth is based on having a program, a service and product plus a desire to improve your life in my opinion.

I’ve spent forty-two years as a ballpoint pen artist, publisher and video producer people. It takes more than a few years, a couple of pictures and some sweet talk on your part if you get my drift. Dedicating my life to developing the ballpoint pen art movement without pay has become a labor of love and my thanks to Father God Almighty for such an opportunity, amen! I’m dedicated to helping others, providing people yet to arrive a reference place and another place representing the Pen and Ink Art Movement. I think long range goals and on going daily actions are what it takes to make significant changes take place in life. Particularly if you’re thinking of the billion others on the Web.

In 1938 the Hungarian Biro brothers out of Argentina manufactured the first commercial ballpoint pen. Their patent currently belongs to the Bic Pen company which in 2005 produced their first one hundred billionth ballpoint pen. I’m told that most places around the world calls the ballpoint pen a Biro. Well that’s all right by me yet it’s not the name of my American Ballpoint Pen Art movement or folk art program. That’s another sign that America is leading the way at introducing this art movement ladies and gentlemen. That also shows how my diligent work ethics, moral responsibilities to support others, personal skills and love for art helps make things work internationally. I’m a regular guy that counts my blessings and believes making a difference can take place if you work hard enough at doing so. Hard work, works people.

Today an average guy like I can actually make an impact on history or effect many people’s lives in a very positive way. Furthermore it demonstrates that you can also effect international circumstances or situations if that’s your desire. My testimony should clearly indicate how much work goes into such a task. Lots of hard works was put into getting things to this stage my friends. Now, I know what it takes to effect one billion people on the World Wide Web and how it effects my emotional stability. There are some very satisfying rewards in this world other than economical status.

A Biro is what most people from around this world call the ballpoint pen. Why then is just about everyone on the Web talking about the ballpoint pen art movement. If you Google the Biro art movement what comes up, almost nothing! If most of our world calls the ballpoint pen a Biro why is there almost nothing related to that coming from people like James Mylne, Allan Barbeau and Juan F. Casas whom are Europeans? It doesn’t seem that they have a successful program, game plan or enough interest in others to establish a Biro Art movement because Ballpoint Pen Art is prevailing worldwide. They may talk about Biro art or have a similar site name, yet they lost out completely on an International level because of a weak stance or limited interest in others. Thinking about others is what it takes to introduce a new art movement my friends. That interest in others is called, love.

I’ve spend thousands and thousands of hours researching information that could help individuals, produced videos from artists works, published names and lots of materials in order to advance the ballpoint pen art movement. No others worldwide have taken the time to build a Biro Art movement therefore they’re being considered a ballpoint pen artist or part of the ballpoint pen art movement. In doing so I have gained recognition, amazing complements, much support from others artists from around the world and great emotional satisfaction. I’ve brought focus to eight hundred people, their artworks plus a ballpoint pen. It’s difficult to explain how fantastic those achievements have helped me spiritually, personally or emotionally, amen.

If you’re interested in making the internet work for you come up with a plan, service and product. Decide that many years and lots of work is what it takes in order to make an international or national difference for you or others. It’s not all about you or me, people. There are countless billions of artists that have held a ballpoint pen in their hands from 1938 and formatting a place for those folks artworks is what the Ball Point Pen Art movement is all about. Developing that platform and sharing is what people get recognized for not sitting on the side lines! Making a name that your grandchildren can believe in works for me my friends.

In the old days and even today I realized that recognizing others is extremely important and a way to go. Around the world most people refer to the ballpoint as a Biro yet today there is no Biro art movement because nobody decided to promote their instrument. Instead they invested their time advancing their art or personal life which is cool yet not what it takes to bring people together. An art movement is based on people not anyone particular person which means being self absorbed really doesn’t help others as much. The Biro users haven’t focused on others nor presented verbal statements that could advance an art movement. I’m also not seeing Biro commercial formats, digital works, animated drawings, many mono pictures, mixed media, cartoons, folk art, impressionism or many blogs, sites or videos like those showing on ballpoint pen art findings.
