Draco and the Defender of the Secret

Draco and the Defender of the Secret

This work is composed of colorized pencil drawings. It will appear in a documentary to be released before year's end. it consists of 4 individually drawn figures, three of which are architectural in nature with the 4th as the central focus. my sir name is a derivative of "Draco" and this sparked my interest in dragons. Their legendary magnificence and malevolence as well a reverence creates a Tulpa like mystique known as dragon lore that, I believe will exist as long as humans exist.

I would very much like to hear from all of you on why dragons interest you.

Thanks, H.E.Drew

My mother loved reptiles and that love was passed on to me. I see dragons as the ultimate reptile (the largest of the lizards is, after all, called a 'dragon'). They are also just beautiful. They demonstrate contrast, rhythm, texture, and symmetry all in their shape. Legends praise them as the most formidable of enemies and the most honorable of friends. There is just simply nothing that can adequately compare to them and the way they connect to man.
