Would you like to join the Absract Paintings group, Lucia? I would so love to have you. If the Abstract landscapes are discernible as Landscape Paintings, and no one would have a problem seeing that they are, indeed, Abstracts, then I think that would be alright.
Hello!! I do whimsical fantasy landscapes, they are one of my favorite subjects for painting. I don't know how welcome that is here because most watercolor landscape artists I know take a more realist/naturalist approach but I thought I'd say hi.
I think landscape can be expressed in art in two forms: landscape arts projected from visual experiences; and the one projected by our schemata. the former can be pictorial and real, but the later can be abstract and explorative. Both forms of artworks should be welcomed to this group...
