I have always enjoyed drawing, but it wasn't until last year that I started taking regular art classes. I have worked with pastels and recently started with oils. In May took a trip with my famiy back to Cuenca, Ecuador, where I lived when I was younger. My most recent pieces have been inspired by that trip. My motivation for doing art is not only enjoyment. 1 Corinthians 10:31 says", So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." My motivation is also to glorify my Creator who gave me any abilities I have.
